Wedding Wednesday: The Roaring 20's, Boardwalk Empire, & a 'Gilded Era' Vintage Dream...

My husband & I are over the moon that 'Boardwalk Empire' has started up a new season on HBO this past Sunday; the costumes, the set design, that darkly romantic prohibition era...who could ask for more?

So I figured this Wedding Wednesday would be the perfect one to send a little 1920s roaring inspiration your way, followed by an array of absolutely stunning headpieces from Jannie Baltzer that are sure to get you in the mood for your next grand vintage affair (brought to us via Magnolia Rouge).

Forego the tacky feathered boas & headpieces and think vintage beads, dropped waists, intricate lace, and a creamy color palette of champagne, blushy pinks, and wintery whites combined with that jazzy-ragtime swing music and the bright, flashing bulbs from the vintage Atlantic City Boardwalk and you'll get the idea.  Just take a look . . .
