Seeing Stars: Adding Twinkle to your Tresses . . .

Well I know it is late and I really should be cleaning up the kitchen and watching tonight's episode of  'Project Runway', but I couldn't resist adding a few sparkly stars since I was so inspired by the wedding we featured earlier today.  So if you are not the DIYer when it comes to shiny headbands, here are a few ways you can still add some luster to your locks . . .
